Senior Counsel, Regulatory and Compliance

📋 Description

• Serve as Dandy’s primary regulatory and compliance counsel, advising leadership on regulatory risk.
• Develop regulatory strategy for Dandy’s medical device portfolio across domestic and international markets.
• Be a core member of international expansion, developing regulatory plans for global growth.
• Lead and support new market launches with involvement in multiple international market entries.
• Act as front-line resource for identifying, interpreting, and applying global and local laws.
• Implement and maintain regulatory structures across the business, focusing on medical device frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a lawyer.
• 4+ years medical device experience required.
• 4+ years regulatory/legal or compliance role; public company experience a plus.
• 3+ years in-house at a tech company; health start-ups preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting international market launches across multiple regions.
• JD/LL.B or equivalent; admitted to the bar in the relevant state.
