Senior Counsel, Product & Privacy

📋 Description

• Serve as a key legal partner to Product, Engineering, Growth teams.
• Counsel on product development, privacy, IP, AI/ML, and compliance.
• Navigate subscription auto-renew laws and marketing complexity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive CLEAR’s goals.
• Stay current on data privacy and global regulations.
• Advise on GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and other protections.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience (tech in-house preferred).
• Deep product counseling and global privacy law expertise.
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong business acumen; balance risk with commercial goals.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection laws; identity tech a plus.
