🎯 Requirements
- U.S. licensed; J.D. or equivalent; 7+ years in-house fintech/crypto.
- Experience counseling product teams on launching tech products and their legal bases.
- Strong interest in digital currency, blockchain, web3, and defi.
- Familiar with major global payments/crypto laws and agencies (BitLicense, GDPR, etc.).
- Proven problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent legal judgment with analytic rigor and risk assessment.
