- Barred in a US state (CA preferred) or eligible for CA in-house counsel.
- Knowledge of privacy and consumer laws (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA), DMCA, CDA 230.
- Pragmatic, proactive team player; comfortable with change, ambiguity, risk.
- Rigorous analytical skills; distill complex legal advice clearly.
- Proven ability to work with senior partners; travel-friendly; ethical.
