Own and manage the global privacy and compliance framework, including policies and processes.
Guide privacy and AI across product lifecycle with product, engineering, and security teams.
Draft and maintain Privacy Policies, DPAs, and other user-facing documents.
Lead legal response to security incidents and customer-impacting product issues.
Draft and negotiate product-related agreements.
Develop internal playbooks and training on privacy and AI considerations.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of privacy/tech law experience in global high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with GDPR, CPRA, EU AI Act; track AI/privacy laws.
Experience building global privacy compliance programs.
Strong communication, business acumen, and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent drafting and negotiation for privacy, security, and product agreements.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
