Senior Counsel, Litigation & Marketing Compliance

📋 Description

• Oversee outside counsel on class actions, regulatory investigations, and related disputes
• Develop litigation strategy, review filings, manage discovery, and attend hearings
• Manage litigation budgets and outside counsel relationships with a focus on cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate reporting on case status, risk exposure, and reserves
• Own and improve the marketing compliance program, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and FCC compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies proactively

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar in good standing
• 7+ years of legal experience, with consumer protection focus
• Experience managing complex, multi-party litigation with outside counsel
• Deep familiarity with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FCC regs, and state consumer laws
• Experience advising on digital and direct marketing compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leaders
