Senior Counsel, Litigation & Arbitration

📋 Description

• Represent Robinhood in customer disputes, including arbitrations (FINRA/AAA/NFA).
• Manage customer litigation across jurisdictions, from assessment to resolution.
• Partner with outside counsel to oversee litigation/arbitration strategy and outcomes.
• Contribute to regulatory enforcement matters and investigations as needed.
• Work with internal teams to assess risk and support mitigation.
• Assist with subpoena responses and other third-party legal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of meaningful litigation experience.
• Law firm, in-house, or government agency experience preferred.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in financial services and/or FINRA arbitration is a plus.
