📋 Description

• Serve as primary advisor on labor and employment matters.
• Support hiring, performance, separations, leaves, and accommodations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements.
• Manage outside counsel and represent the company in litigation.
• Improve labor and employment policies and processes to scale the workforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years post-bar labor and employment experience.
• In-house experience in fast-growth startups.
• Strong relationship-building and consensus skills.
• Detail-oriented with clarity.
• J.D. and active bar status with NY in-house eligibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
