Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Structure, draft, and negotiate GPU, server, storage, and logistics agreements.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, compliance, energy, and real estate on deal structuring.
• Provide day-to-day, business-focused counseling on supply chain risk and remedies.
• Partner on responsible sourcing and compliance with regulatory and ESG obligations.
• Support international expansion by adapting supply docs for new jurisdictions.
• Manage outside counsel and translate advice into actionable business guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction (or international equivalent).
• 8+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions.
• Strong business acumen; experience drafting and negotiating tech infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.
• Knowledge of international trade, hardware regulatory requirements, and global supply chain compliance.
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior leaders in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• In-house experience supporting cloud, data center, hardware, or similar large-scale infrastructure (preferred).
