🎯 Requirements
- JD with top academics and current state bar license in the United States.
- 6-10 years of employment law experience, with big law and in-house tech.
- Extensive litigation experience across all phases.
- Deep knowledge of US employment laws incl Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state/local.
- Experience with California employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong soft skills; remote-ready.
