🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of combined legal experience at fast-paced tech companies or tech-focused firms in employment law.
- JD with CA license.
- Expertise in AI-related employment laws; privacy laws a plus.
- Experience advising product and people teams on AI enablement and automation.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Experience managing complex employment litigation matters.
