- Develop and implement scalable cross-jurisdiction employment policies.
- Review and draft employment docs, policies, and procedures.
- Counsel on workforce strategies, risk, and regulatory compliance.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years of employment law experience advising U.S. and global matters.
- Experience handling multi-jurisdictional matters with EORs/PEOs and local counsel.
- Law firm and/or in-house experience at global, high-growth tech or public company.
- Strong knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions.
- Ability to handle routine to moderately complex matters with sound judgment.
- J.D. degree and bar admission in at least one state.
