Senior Counsel, Employment

📋 Description

• Advise on U.S. and international employment law for CoreWeave's global workforce.
• Develop and implement scalable cross-jurisdiction employment policies.
• Review and draft employment docs, policies, and procedures.
• Counsel on workforce strategies, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with People team and outside counsel.
• Monitor regulatory developments and surface key trends to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of employment law experience advising U.S. and global matters.
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional matters with EORs/PEOs and local counsel.
• Law firm and/or in-house experience at global, high-growth tech or public company.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions.
• Ability to handle routine to moderately complex matters with sound judgment.
• J.D. degree and bar admission in at least one state.
