- Spearhead AI governance and related policy globally.

- Partner with Product, Eng and InfoSec to embed privacy by design and DPIAs.
- Draft, review and negotiate DPAs and cross-border transfer terms.
- Coordinate international data flows and governance (SCCs, storage, access).
🎯 Requirements
- US legal qualification and active license in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 8 years in-house or private practice advising on tech, data and privacy.
- Strong knowledge of US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and GDPR, LGPD.
- Experience guiding US privacy adtech requirements and consent frameworks.
- Partner with technical teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical designs.
- Experience advising on AI governance and AI/ML privacy considerations.
- Experience handling data/privacy incidents with risk assessment and notifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
