🎯 Requirements
- JD and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5-6 years of firm and in-house experience (1+ year in-house).
- Ability to work through contracts efficiently with deal exposure.
- Able to operate with minimal direction once you understand the assignment.
- Organized, thorough, and proactive owner of workload.
- Genuine interest in business substance, not just contracts.
- Plus: fintech, crypto, tech in fast-paced or regulated industry.
- Plus: familiarity with data agreements, API or platform terms.
