🎯 Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed attorney with 10–15+ years of commercial experience; 5+ years leading partnerships.
Proven experience leading, negotiating, and drafting partnerships from term sheet to execution.
Transactional training at a top-tier law firm; tech company experience preferred.
Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA in commercial agreements.
Strong communication and organizational skills; team player.
