🎯 Requirements

- Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Ability to translate complex legal and risk issues into clear, actionable guidance; manage multiple projects.
- High motivation; able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-haves: fintech/high-growth experience; experience drafting technology transactions and SaaS agreements.
