Senior Counsel, APAC

📋 Description

• Act as lead counsel for Mistplay’s APAC ops, advising on employment and product.
• Support global operations with scalable contract review standards.
• Maintain expertise in advertising, gaming, privacy and data protection.
• Lead strategic M&A and expansion into new markets and product launches.
• Deliver practical legal guidance in a fast moving environment.
• Manage outside counsel and related budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent; bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience in adtech or mobile gaming (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Korean; Japanese a plus.
• Translate global regulatory requirements into plain language and risk-based advice.
• Can do attitude with strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 percent.
