🎯 Requirements

- Expert in SaaS contracts (MSAs/DPAs/BAAs/SLAs) and AI licensing
- Data privacy with GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2; DPA negotiations
- Build infrastructure: templates, playbooks, CLM; reduce cycle time
- Experience at B2B SaaS serving regulated industries; agentic AI familiarity a plus
