🎯 Requirements
- J.D. and U.S. bar membership (or CA in-house program).
- 8+ years in law firm or in-house tech legal dept.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting, and cross-functional skills.
- Expertise in commercial law: software licensing, SaaS, IP.
- Ability to identify/mitigate legal risks; independent judgment.
- Preferred: CIPP, privacy/security/compliance; Ironclad/Salesforce.
