🎯 Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school; active bar in NY or another US jurisdiction.
- 5–10 years of legal experience, BigLaw or top boutique.
- In-house tech company experience strongly preferred.
- Skilled at negotiating complex agreements without blocking growth.
- Clear written and verbal communication; explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- Self-starter with independent judgment; able to work across lanes.
