- Partner with Product & Engineering early to identify privacy, AI data handling, and compliance implications.
- Act as primary interface to outside counsel to ensure cost-efficient use.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience (firm and in-house).
- Experience scaling a product-led company (Series B-D or similar).
- Experience with venture financings and equity, cap table governance.
- Strong commercial contracting experience, including enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with privacy and security requirements for enterprise customers; AI data handling.
- Comfort advising HR across multiple states/countries in a global, remote-first context.
