🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) with active license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
- At least 8 years of legal experience, including in-house or client-facing
- Experience advising SaaS companies
- Foundational knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, and technology transactions
- Ability to manage a defined set of responsibilities and prioritize tasks with guidance
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and incorporating feedback
