🎯 Requirements
- JD from accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years legal experience in law firm and in-house; SaaS tech background preferred.
- Working knowledge of SaaS contracting and core issues in software businesses.
- Strong drafting and negotiation; translate risk to business context.
- Collaborative, with strong communication; eager to learn and contribute.
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple priorities.
