Advise on marketing, promotions, and data protection.
Monitor fintech legal and regulatory developments.
Manage external counsel for cost-effective support.
Identify and mitigate legal risks; work with product/compliance/risk on regulatory matters.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in financial services or corporate law.
LLB; qualified lawyer in good standing.
Strong fintech and financial services regulation knowledge.
Deep EMEA knowledge; France experience preferred.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
Experience managing external counsel; cross-functional collaboration.
