🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active US state license.
- 10–15+ years of legal experience; SaaS or healthcare tech preferred.
- Strong background in commercial contracting; SaaS models; data privacy.
- In-house/sole counsel experience preferred; fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and CLM tools (Ironclad) and AI-driven CLM.
- M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration; healthcare data security.
