🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Between seven and twelve years of combined law firm and in-house experience.
- Four+ years in-house drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements.
- Experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
