🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience, with both large-firm and in-house roles.
- Proven experience negotiating complex corporate transactions (M&A, financing).
- Strong corporate governance and subsidiary management expertise.
- Excellent communication; able to partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving startup.
- Experience with employment, benefits, equity, or AI issues is a plus.
