Senior Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee litigation and pre-litigation portfolio.
• Set litigation strategy; supervise outside counsel and budgets.
• Advise executives on exposure, risk, settlements, and business impact.
• Oversee internal investigations and ADR proceedings.
• Senior advisor on employment matters including performance, leaves, wage/hour.
• Partner with HR to mitigate employment risk and train policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6-10 years of legal experience including exposure to litigation and employment counseling.
• Ability to operate independently and supervise outside counsel.
• Strong business judgment; risk-based advice to senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
