Senior Corporate Counsel – Cybersecurity

📋 Description

• Lead the cybersecurity legal team; advise executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Draft and negotiate cybersecurity/privacy terms in SAs, exhibits, and DPAs.
• Provide day-to-day legal support for cybersecurity/privacy contract requests.
• Advise on compliance with security/privacy laws (GDPR, US, security by design).
• Support investigations of security/privacy incidents and remediation guidance.
• Develop and maintain security/privacy standards and runbooks for GTM deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of law firm/in-house experience; 2+ yrs in cybersecurity/privacy matters.
• Experience with SaaS/enterprise software and fast-paced teams.
• Experience with highly regulated customers; financial services preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, drafting and negotiation.
• Strong legal/business judgment; build cross-functional relationships.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA.
• Self-motivated, proactive; team player with high emotional intelligence.
• J.D. from a respected school; active bar admission.
