Senior Corporate Counsel - Construction

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage construction agreements (EPC, design-build, POs).
• Advise stakeholders on construction risk, project execution, and contract administration.
• Support site development, infrastructure expansion, and facility construction projects.
• Manage and resolve construction claims including delays, changes, and disputes.
• Lead dispute resolution efforts: negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants on construction matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years in construction law, litigation, or project development.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating construction and commercial agreements.
• Experience handling construction claims, disputes, mediation, arbitration, and litigation management.
• Strong understanding of design-build, EPC, and traditional contracting structures.
