🎯 Requirements

- Juris Doctor and membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing.
- Deep experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including complex partnerships.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice balancing risk with speed to support revenue innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and close deals.
- Experience managing high-volume transactions with risk focus.
