Senior Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead strategic corporate transactions (M&A, financings) end-to-end.
• Manage subsidiary governance for domestic and international entities.
• Advise on corporate structuring, contracting, governance, and AI issues.
• Build out Sierra's corporate legal function with processes and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Corporate Development, People Ops, Sales.
• Exercise sound judgment in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience (big law + in-house tech).
• Strong in negotiating complex corporate transactions and governance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership.
• Proactive, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with employment, benefits and/or equity matters.
• Interest in AI and related legal issues.
