📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
• Manage privacy, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Define the company’s legal strategy across the organization.
• Oversee external law firms; act as internal legal contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, HR, and more to ensure compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency in negotiating and managing contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with bar admission in good standing from any U.S. state.
• 5+ years total experience, with at least 3+ years in-house.
• Experience managing the legal function for a growth-stage company.
• Significant experience negotiating customer and vendor agreements at a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Business-minded approach balancing legal issues with business risk.
• Experience overseeing corporate governance, commercial law, and data privacy.
• Proven analytical, communication, and contract drafting skills.
