🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience in large firms and in-house at a tech company.
- Strong background negotiating and managing complex corporate transactions and governance.
- Strong communication with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset; navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience with employment, benefits and/or equity matters; top-tier law firm experience.
- AI passion; deep understanding of AI products, LLMs and related issues.
