π― Requirements

- Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance.
- Expertise in Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, and equivalents.
- Experience managing litigation and disputes.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills.
