🎯 Requirements

  • JD degree and active bar in at least one U.S. state.
  • 5+ years of employment law experience; in-house plus law firm preferred.
  • Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance.
  • Expertise in Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, and equivalents.
  • Experience managing litigation and disputes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills.
