Oversee event lifecycle: announcements, elections, allocations, reconciliations.
Client & custodian coordination: submit elections within deadlines.
Implement controls and risk management with audit-ready evidence.
Drive automation and modernization with Product and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in brokerage/clearing/custody ops focused on corporate actions.
Strong knowledge of DTCC PBS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred.
Ownership, communication, resilience, and problem solving.
Bonus: hands-on with FIS and Phase3/XSP CA platform.
