- Execute month-end close for EU entities: journals, reconciliations, variance analysis
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals
- Monitor general ledger for IFRS and local GAAP (Swiss GAAP FER, German HGB)
- Prepare statutory financial statements for Swiss and German entities per local requirements
- Support external audits: audit schedules, PBC requests, responses for EU entities
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations between EU entities and US parent
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-7 years of corporate operational experience in tech/high-growth
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS with multi-entity experience
- ERP proficiency: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle; advanced Excel
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- EU Citizenship required
