- Own key corporate accounting areas: GL, cash, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets.
- Support month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, OpEx and Payroll analysis.
- Assist in internal/external reporting per US GAAP.
- Collaborate with FP&A, AP, and others for timely financial data.
- Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
- Document, maintain, and improve accounting processes for scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting exp, SaaS or high-growth.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and ops accounting.
- Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and automation mindset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
