Senior Corporate Accountant

📋 Description

• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations for lease accounts per ASC 842.
• Oversee month-end close for internally developed software capitalization per ASC 350.
• Analyze monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances.
• Establish formal GL closing and other accounting process procedures.
• Assist with compiling year-end external audit requests.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline data flow and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years total accounting experience.
• Understanding of GAAP standards.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 842 (leases).
• Experience with system implementation (preferred).
• Experience with foreign entity accounting (preferred).
