🎯 Requirements

5+ years in systems/network programming; Rust, C or C++.
Experience with distributed systems, storage, high-performance systems, or networking.
Production ops: monitoring and alerting; reliability focus.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to drive complex projects to completion.
Nice to have: Rust; blockchain/cryptography; open-source contributions; MSc/PhD or related research.
