Oversee accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, consolidations, GAAP) across business units.
Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls for GAAP and healthcare.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes across multiple business units.
Lead consolidations, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations.
Support ERP implementations and upgrades to optimize workflows and scalable reporting.
Ensure GAAP compliance and readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Hybrid position onsite at Salt Lake City office 3 days a week
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years leading multi-entity teams.
Big 4 experience
CPA or CMA strongly preferred
Prior controller experience preferred
