- Support commissioning and operation of the ETU in Albuquerque, NM.
- Lead control room operations during testing and commissioning.
- Relocate to Oak Ridge, TN after ETU; begin licensed operator training.
- Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and validate control systems.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendors for proper integration.
- Mentor operations personnel; perform shift turnover and safety communications.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree in Nuclear Technology or related, or 5+ years as plant operator/technician.
- Ability to understand, follow, and create technical procedures.
- Willingness to be cross-trained and learn different processes.
- Experience with Instrumentation and Controls systems.
- Ability to read P&ID and mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Ability to work with hazardous materials in PPE (SCBA, respirator, Tyvek).
