Improve templates, playbooks and CLM tools to scale contracting, incl. AI
Collaborate with Roku legal colleagues on data privacy, security, confidentiality and AI issues
Be proactive, organized and communicative; keep deals progressing
Lead with innovation, empathy and humor in a fast-paced TV streaming environment

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience structuring and negotiating commercial technology agreements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to draft/negotiate using templates and playbooks or from scratch
Strong written and verbal communication; able to persuade
Independent and collaborative across departments
Experience with SaaS and cloud contracts, including data privacy and security terms
