Senior Contracts Negotiator

📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft and close cloud, SaaS, AI and related tech agreements.
• Collaborate with Roku legal on data privacy, security and confidentiality issues.
• Improve templates, playbooks and CLM tools; incorporate AI to scale process.
• Proactive, organized, and clear communication as deals progress.
• Work with colleagues on challenging TV streaming issues; lead with innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience structuring and negotiating commercial tech agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to draft and negotiate using templates/playbooks or from scratch.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proven ability to persuade.
• Experience drafting SaaS and cloud contracts, including data privacy terms.
• Experience with Ironclad, DocuSign and Confluence; AI-enabled contract lifecycle.
