🎯 Requirements

7+ years negotiating commercial technology agreements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Experience drafting/negotiating SaaS and cloud contracts with data privacy & security terms
Experience with Ironclad, SharePoint, DocuSign, Confluence
Strong written and verbal communication; proven persuasiveness
Experience using AI to streamline the contract lifecycle
