Senior Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day legal relationships with marketing, policy, and procurement.
• Advise on deals and risk across privacy, employment, and IP.
• Advise on marketing programs and influencer campaigns for compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage marketing, procurement, advertising, and vendor agreements.
• Scope and resolve complex matters; define path forward where playbooks don’t exist.
• Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for efficient deal execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in-house legal, preferably consumer tech; broad marketing/procurement contracts.
• Proven track record drafting/negotiating commercial agreements; marketing programs and promos experience.
• Experience owning client relationships as primary legal contact; cross-functional stakeholder mgmt.
• Independently define scope; drive resolution on complex matters; balance risk and business goals.
• Build and own processes, templates, and playbooks; strong multi-matter PM.
• Must reside in or relocate to SF Bay Area; clear communicator translating legal concepts.
