Senior Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial and tech contracts with customers.
• Handle top-priority, complex agreements tied to high-value deals.
• Partner with Sales as trusted advisor on terms and strategy.
• Collaborate with Legal to improve standard forms and processes.
• Participate with outside counsel on policy creation and enforcement.
• Create and deliver training for Sales enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial and tech agreements in software.
• Handle complex or high-value contracts; mitigate risk.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements and impact on contract wording.
• Build clear training and enablement materials for stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, project management, and written/verbal skills.
• Work across functions and build trust with Sales, Legal, and leadership.
