π― Requirements
- 5+ years in customer or product marketing, preferably at a developer tools/AI company
- Proven ability to identify customer stories and turn them into compelling content
- Experience running reference or advocacy programs and scalable processes
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline
- Excellent written communication; comfortable writing for technical audiences
- Event and program management: run webinars, coordinate roundtables, manage speakers
