- Manage Sound Designers; tune game difficulty
- License music with vendors/labels to engage learners
- Embed on the team responsible for our music course, working closely with Product Managers, Sound Designers, and Product Designers
- Own rights/clearances for music/assets in partnership with Legal/Business Development
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on audio production across VO, music, or sound design for consumer apps, games, or brand content, including vendor and talent management
- Independent operator in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous organizer with a passion for operational excellence
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Working knowledge of music licensing and clearance workflows with Legal
- Ability to work from or relocate to London, UK
