• Creating, reviewing and editing glossaries and translation prompts to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Review and edit English-to-Polish/Czech translations to fit brand tone.
• Creating user-centric content to resolve customer issues.
• Curate content for email, push, social and brand in international markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver content for business goals.

• Fluent in English and Polish, written and verbal.
• Translate copy from English to Polish to a high standard.
• Strong copywriting and content creation.
• Brand guidelines and tone of voice understanding.
• Adapt copy for email and social media platforms.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise projects.
